I have just returned from visiting our local partners and the projects we work with in Port Elizabeth in South Africa.
On arrival at a township school, I was very concerned to see two young (18 to 22?)  volunteers lying sunbathing (she in shorts and a strappy top)on the school grounds.They were at the school with gap sports, this was confirmed to me by the school and by the presence of a mini bus bearing the gap sports branding.
On leaving the school I saw the said sun bather standing arms folded, looking bored and disinterested whilst the children played alone with the equipment that gap sports evidently provided.
i sincerely hope that gap sports would wish to know that one of thier volunteers was acting inappropriately and advise future volunteers on responsible behaviour. Does anyone know anyone at gap sports that I should contact directly?
